Everyone is literate. All Virginians have the literacy skills to be successful in school, secure gainful employment, and contribute to their communities.
Building and sustaining a statewide network of community-based literacy organizations
The Virginia Literacy Foundation (VLF) provides funding and technical support to private, volunteer literacy organizations throughout Virginia via challenge grants, training, and direct consultation.
